Free Your Conscious Mind

Here is an excellent article on how to clear the way for
your subconscious mind so it can do what it is good at...

Free Your Conscious Mind For Subconscious To Work

Your subconscious mind works best when your conscious mind
is asleep or pleasantly occupied. In between intending and
manifesting must be a temporary period of forgetting. If
you want a good parking spot, give yourself enough time to
forget about your intent before you get there. The sooner
you think about something else the sooner reality can get
to work. There is no easier way to take your conscious mind
off something than by keeping yourself busy with something
else.

There are times when you have a question about what to do
make but can't seem to find the answer. You don't have to
force yourself to come up with the decision in the moment.
You can take a break and go do something else so that your
subconscious mind can work on it. The answer will come to
you as your subconscious mind pieces together the
information it knows to develop the best choice that you
can act on. You will become a lot more clear about what to
do when that happens.

The people who accomplish the most are the ones who seem to
work the least. That is because the ones that work the most
are only working with half a mind. They spend so much time
working consciously and not resting to let their
subconscious work instead. The ones that work with a full
mind do so by switching between working with their
conscious mind and subconscious mind. They are able to
focus their thoughts on a matter and then let it go free
for awhile before returning back again.

You can be happy to know that to be successful, it is
really essential to take more time for enjoyable diversion,
instead of working longer and harder. Working smarter means
working with your whole mind. Don't do more work with your
conscious mind than is necessary or you are wasting energy.
Hold your mind on what you intend to manifest and then go
do something else. The more you rest by freeing your
conscious mind of a matter, the more your subconscious gets
to work on it.

Take time off to go do what you enjoy. Relax and have some
fun. Play and chill out for awhile. Your subconscious mind
will direct you in your work, making it better, easier to
perform and far more pleasant. This is what it means by
doing less and achieving more. There is less and less
conscious effort required as everything just goes into a
flow. What you do becomes easy and effortless. This is the
optimal way you want to accomplish things.

The intelligence of your subconscious mind is infinitely
far more than all the intelligence of your conscious mind.
You don't have to worry when you do not think you have all
the knowledge and awareness you need to handle a particular
situation. That is the time when you can receive
inspiration instead. You can never know everything
consciously but you already know everything subconsciously.
Worry hinders you from doing the things that would
otherwise solve what you are worrying about.

Your desire sets intent in motion, which in turn attaches a
line of force to your target. Now you must be drawn
together like a fisherman and the fish. Once the line is
cast, desire is forgotten allowing the universe or
subconscious to reel you and the goal together with the
least possible effort or resistance in between. Consciously
you can not possibly calculate or predict completely what
is required to reach your desire. Detachment and
forgetfulness allows you to be led.

Detachment is the ability to close the doors of intention,
to put out of the conscious mind once the working is
complete. You focus your intention to perform the work and
then you set it aside. Let the subconscious take over and
carry it out. When you think too much about something
consciously, you trigger conscious thought processes which
interfere with your subconscious manifesting.

If you want something too much, and you're constantly
thinking of it, you will end up pushing it away. You
interrupt things just as they're about to be given to you.
Once the intention is in the subconscious mind it will
operate unaided. If the thought or desire comes back into
your conscious mind, suppress it. Do whatever to push it
back out of your mind. Don't consciously dwell on it.

The autopilot and the pilot cannot control the plane at the
same time. Ease of perfection in accomplishing anything
depends on how much you are able to let go of conscious
control over it and allow yourself to act automatically and
effortlessly. When you free you conscious mind for your
subconscious to work, you are allowing God and the universe
to work on your behalf and to do the work through you. Free
your mind and it will do wonders for you.

Focus on the Positive

Why does it seem some people are living their dreams and others
are not?

The people who are not living their dreams tend to dwell on all
the reasons why their life isn't working. They spend their time
blaming others and complaining about what they don't have in
their lives. They walk around expecting the worse to happen and
that's just what they get.

People who are living their dreams have loving relationships,
businesses that are thriving, and are enjoying doing all the
things they want to do. It looks like they have it all and they
do. They've spent time defining their goals and creating a clear
vision of what they want to achieve in their lives.

If you believe you live in abundance of wealth, your mind will
look everywhere for that evidence. Because of that, you become
more aware of things that can attract wealth into your life and
lo and behold, opportunities start to "show up." The truth is
that opportunities have been all around you, you just weren't
paying attention!

People attract the things they think about the most. I see it
everyday. People who live with a scarcity mentality usually do
badly; people who live with an abundance mentality usually do
well. It starts in the thoughts you create over and over again.

They wake up each day and choose how their day will go. They
start off each day saying "I appreciate my life and I'm
grateful for what I have." They are creating the space for more
of the same to show up in their life. The more you think and
speak positive thoughts, the more you will attract the same
into your life.

The person who attracts what they really want takes
responsibility for causing their life to go the way they want
it to go. They are the captain of their ship, the author of
their life. The pen is in their hand and they get to write the
story of their amazing life.

The words "I can't" do not exist in their vocabulary. When they
are faced with an obstacle, they find a way to get around it,
over it, or through it. They are unstoppable in their quest for
reaching their dreams.

If you believe you have, than you can create. Although you may
want a brand new car, or want to double your sales, or take a
vacation, wanting will not bring you any closer to having it.
You must first believe you can have. Then start visualizing
yourself driving that red BMW convertible, or receiving checks
daily in the mail, or lying on a Caribbean beach drinking Pina
Coladas.

The secret to attracting what you really want is simple…

1. Clearly define your goals and create a clear vision of what
you want to achieve.

2. Believe in abundance—your mind will look everywhere for
that evidence.

3. Wake up each day being appreciative and grateful for what
you have, and share it with another.

4. Take responsibility for causing your life to go the way you
want it to go, and get into action.

5. Eliminate negative words from your vocabulary and replace
them with "I can, I will, I am."

6. If you believe you have, than you can create.

ASSIGNMENT:

Spend time over the next few days clearly defining your goals
and your vision of what you want to achieve in the coming year.
On a piece of paper, write the goals down and keep them in a
visible place.

As you create your goals, step outside of your comfort zone and
create bigger goals that are a stretch. Believe in abundance.

Each day, as soon as you arise, think of all the things you are
grateful for. Share what you're grateful for with someone you
know. Ask them to do the same with you.

For each goal, create 3 action steps to fulfill on the goal.
Remember you're responsible for causing your life to go the way
you want it to.

As you write your goals, use the words "I can, I will, and I
am." Visualize yourself achieving everything you want. If you
believe you have, than you can create.

5 Components of Achieving Success

Your trip from where you are now, to the success level you desire requires 5 key items to become a reality. This post will cover the first item on the list.

First, and most important, you need to know what your destination is. There is no way you are going to find your way if you don't know exactly where you are going.

The more precisely you can describe your goal, the more likely you are to reach it. Most people go through life completely "going with the flow" and never setting out a plan for themselves. You'll never hit a target if you have no idea what that target even is.

Do yourself a huge favor... write down your goal(s) , your destination, in as great a detail as you can. If it includes money targets, write that down. If it's going to happen within a certain time period, write that down too. The more specific your goals are, the more likely you will hit them!

In the next post, I'll explain the next puzzle piece you will need.

Wishing you success,
David.

Start Attracting Success

Everyone is interested in attracting success, well most people anyway. There is a process that will improve your chances of reaching your success goals.

The first step is to decide what it is you really want. You need to be sure that your goal is a benefit rather than a feature.

For example, a feature would be a million dollar a year income, while the benefit is actually the ability to live in any house you choose, travel to anywhere in the world whenever you like, and have a garage full of vehicles you can choose to drive at any time.

Can you see the difference? The subconscious mind, which is the driving force behind your success, understands benefits... not features. Write down your goals, in terms of their benefit, in the way that makes them believable to you.

Get into the habit of repeating your goals to yourself, three times each day, while imagining all the feelings you will have once they become reality. With each repetition, try to involve more of your senses to help boost the subconscious mind.

Imagine the smell of the beach as you vacation in the tropics, with the birds singing and the waves lapping on the shore. Feel the sun's warmth on your skin as you relax in comfort knowing your money problems are gone forever.
